Dwayne Nesmith - CEO

Dwayne was founder and CFO of Viant Corporation, a leading Internet consultancy that helped define the first generation of Internet applications in the 1990s by building digital businesses for firms such as Compaq, Charles Schwab, Merck, Raytheon, Radio Shack and Sony. He helped Viant grow into a 750 person company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange with annual revenues of more than $125 million.

Dwayne also served as the CEO of Clear Technology where he grew the company's revenues 30% annually. Prior to his time at Viant and Clear, Dwayne was Product Manager at Uniface Corporation, a provider of application development software; Product Marketing Manager at Oracle Corporation; and as a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He received his BS degree from Ole Miss and MBA from Harvard.

Ray Wee - CTO

Prior to founding ElectricApps, Ray was CTO at Clear Technology where he guided the product through a series of major releases and strategic changes, including a conversion from legacy to modern J2EE technologies, and 100x increase in scalability. Prior to joining Clear, he was VP of Engineering at Viewlocity where he managed a global product development group of 175 engineers in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to Viewlocity, Ray founded Metasys Inc., a pioneering provider of supply chain applications and an Inc. 500 company. At Metasys, Ray served in a variety of roles including CTO and head of professional services. Metasys introduced the industry's first fully web-based supply chain application in 1996. Metasys was acquired by Optum Software in 1998 to offer the industry's first integration supply chain execution application. Ray began his career at Oracle Corp. working in both development and consulting. Ray earned a Master of Engineering from Cornell University.
